Affiliated Center and Accredited Training

The Sant Joan de Déu Teaching Campus is a center affiliated with the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC), which guarantees rigorous, up-to-date training aligned with university standards.

All of our vocational training cycles are accredited by the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia, ensuring the official recognition of the studies and their academic and professional validity throughout the region.

This dual affiliation reinforces our commitment to quality education, with a service orientation and focused on the real needs of the health system and the social fabric.

Code of best practices

Board Agreement of the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia regarding the Code of Good Practice for Adscrit Centers, within the framework of the university system of Catalonia.

Given that one of the objectives of the Secretariat for Universities and Research is to monitor the degree programs in place and to improve the quality of the teaching centers affiliated with the universities of Catalonia, it seems appropriate to agree, within the framework of the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia, on a set of measures to enhance their quality and to define the parameters that will be evaluated, before the authorization of the affiliation of new centers or the authorization to offer new programs at existing centers, in order to ensure the proper and balanced functioning of the aforementioned centers within the overall offering of the Catalan university system.

In this context, the General Directorate of Universities has monitored the procedure, requirements, and conditions for the affiliation of higher education teaching centers with Catalan universities, European quality standards have also been taken into account in order to develop this Code of Good Practice, which is intended to improve the quality of the aforementioned centers affiliated with public and private universities in Catalonia offering official undergraduate and master’s degree programs.
