Campus Docent Sant Joan de Déu has always had a firm commitment to ensure a society where all people are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their characteristics or circumstances. Hospitality, as the main value of the institution, defines the essence of our philosophy where the reception of the other, without judgment or discrimination, is a fundamental axis. Likewise, the responsibility for the task we carry out, for the society we serve and the purpose of doing it with quality and constant improvement, makes it essential to promote a culture based on equality and respect for the diversity of all people.

The main objective of the Equality and Diversity Commission of Campus Docent Sant Joan de Déu is fostering the incorporation of a perspective based on equality and respect for diversity, in all the activities that take place in the centre. We believe that the diversity that shapes our community is the reason for its richness and we are working to guarantee equal opportunities for everyone, ensuring the eradication of any type of discrimination. Likewise, we consider that our task must necessarily imply a will and commitment to be part of the process of social transformation that advances towards a more fair and caring society.
