This document represents the privacy policy of the Campus Docent Sant Joan de Déu - Fundació Privada regarding processing the information of its teachers, collaborators, students, people attending activities, etc.

This declaration of privacy has been elaborated according to the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 with reference to the protection of natural persons regarding the treatment of their personal data and their free flow, the Law 3/2018 of December 5, the Organic Law of Data Protection and Digital Rights Assurances, the Law 12/2009 of July 20 of education and the Organic Law 2/2006 of May 3 of education.

CDSJD will process user data manually and/or automatically for the following specific purposes:

  • Submit information that may be of interest to you, concerning the services and products provided by CDSJD, even by electronic means and manage your administrative relationship with CDSJD.
  • Manage your administrative relationship as a CDSJD collaborator, obtain your confidentiality commitment, obtain your consent to the use of your personal image for CDSJD promotional purposes, obtain your ommitment to comply with the rules for processing personal data and obtain your opinion.
  • Manage your employment and administrative relationship as a CDSJD employee, obtain your commitment to confidentiality, obtain your consent to the use of your personal image for CDSJD promotional purposes, obtain your commitment to comply with the rules for processing personal data and obtain your opinion.  
  • Manage enrollment/pre-registration/enrollment/continuing education procedures and ones realted to record-keeping, addressing tuition payment, and manage your administrative relationship as a student with CDSJD, obtain your consent for the use of your personal image for CDSJD promotional purposes, monitor attendance, obtain your commitment to confidentiality and obtain your opinion.
  • Record personal health and learning data to facilitate the integration and participation of all students in CDSJD, conducting a personalized monitoring of the learning process.
  • Processing the data of the interested person requesting a loan of documents. 
  • Obtain your consentment to the use of your personal image for CDSJD promotional purposes.
  • Obtain your consentment to take part in research on learning.
