Documentation required

• Registration form.
• Photocopy and original of the university degree, (or equivalent) duly translated and legalized by foreign students.
• Photocopy of the ID card or passport.
• Two passport-size photographs.
• Bank details (the form will be provided by the Campus Docent).
• Large family card (if applicable).

Payment method

The established price is €3,871.50 + UB fees (approximately €753)

• Instalment payment in 6 months (September to February 2020).
• It is possible to ask the company or social entity to subsidize the training through the mechanism of the Training subsidized by the Tripartite Foundation.
• It is possible to apply for the Ministry Scholarship.
• The tuition fee will not be refunded, in any case, once the course has started.
• Payments shall be made by direct receipts.

Registration and permanence conditions for university master students established by the regulations are:

• The student can enroll between a minimum of 20 credits (except if they have less left to finish the master’s degree) and a maximum of 60. Students enrolling between 20 and 48 credits follow a part-time itinerary, and those enrolling more than 49 follow a full-time itinerary.
• Exceptionally, and when justified, the coordinator of the university master’s degree, by express decision, may authorize an enrolment of more than 60 credits up to a maximum of 78, and also enrollment below 20 credits up to a minimum of 18 per academic year.
• The second consecutive year in which a student fails to pass at least 50% of the enrolled credits will not be able to stay on the master’s degree.

Registration on additional training

Registration process and application for exemption:

The Master’s Degree Coordinating Commission will study on an individual basis, on request, cases which may be exempted from these training supplements. Special consideration shall be given in decision-making to pupils who submit:

• Accreditation of training in university studies in the field of health sciences (minimum of 12 ECTS crèdits) with a content equal to or similar to that of training supplements.
• Accreditation of professional experience of more than two years in research teams or professional intervention teams working in direct or indirect situations with children, as well as a report of the competences developed in the workplace, and corresponding to the general competencies of Master.

Registration of the training complements will take place in July, once the degree coordination committee has reviewed the academic records of the students enrolled in the master’s degree. During the same period, students may apply for an exemption.
