1. Transfer students

  • The students communicates to the secretariat the acceptance in another centre by a letter.
  • The Comprobation of all the payments made. In the case of debt, the amount is communicated and proof of payment is requested. No document will be given to the student if they are not up to date with payments.
  • The student must register the discharge at the registry.
  • Transfer procedures are started.

2. New entrants and students from other courses

Reasos for dropping out:

  • Change of university: 100% refund.
  • Serious student illness: 100% refund.

NEW ENTRY:

- The student must register the discharge at the registry.

- If the student is a new entrant (first year) and has made a payment, they must bring the voucher of the same, the bank account number where they want the refund and be the owner or co-owner of this account, so the head of administration may proceed to the appropriate payment. This refund will be made depending on the reason for the student's discharge.

- In case of personal leave, a refund of 100% will be made until September 30.
