New entry in the Nursing Degree

Enrolment period:

The enrollment period is:

• Students assigned in 1st preference: From 7 to 10 September 2020.
• Students assigned in other preferences: From 21 to 23 September 2020.

Documentation to bring:

• Accreditation level English B2 or equivalent. Or another language: Italian, German or French. This accreditation has to be in effect, if you have.
• 1 color photo size card.
• 1 photocopy of the ID or identification document.
• Photocopy of the Large Family Card, if applicable.
• Photocopy of the Social Security Card (with the SS membership number).
• Bank account number for direct debit and document: this is the SEPA Direct Debit Debit Order. (available on the website and at the same centre).
  • This document is the direct debit SEPA Direct Debit Order that you have to bring filled in to take any instruction from us, since the payments are domiciled. In the event of a current account change, this document will also have to be completed and submitted to the Economic Secretariat.
• Accreditation level English B2 or equivalent. Or some other language: Italian, German or French. This accreditation must be in force, if any.
• Document certifying the entrance tests to the University (PAU) with the certificate of access to the degree. Access via Pathways 0 and 7.
• Original Academic Certification. Access via Pathway 4 to 8.
• Original Academic Certification. Access via Pathway 2, plus the receipt of payment of the rights to transfer the file.
• Work voucher with employment contract for the assignment of the shift. The document must state explicitly the date of commencement of the employment contract and the timetable. The starting date of the contract must be at least 4 months from the date of registration. (The Campus reserves the right to award shifts, provided there are places).

Payments:

All tuition payments will be through direct bank receipts to the student’s account number. The returned receipts will have a surcharge of 10 euros.

Registration: In cases of cancellation of registration, the rules established by the Governing Board must be applied for the purpose of permanence.

Total cancellation of registration:

Assumptions:

• Serious illness, duly substantiated: repayment of the amount of credits registered.
• Enrolment in another centre, in case of reassignment of a place by prescription: refund of the total admitted.
• Personal interest of the student: no refund for any reason.

Deadlines:

A) The deadline for total cancellation is 5 December. 

B) Cancelled registrations shall not be counted later for the purpose of permanence.

Partial cancellation of registration without refund:

Deadlines for students:

• First semester subjects: application until 5 December.
• Second semester subjects: application until 11 April.

The annulment for serious and exceptional cases outside these time limits has to be processed through the rector of the UB.

University of Barcelona tuition fees: The amount of tuition fees and the provision of university academic services is established by the Council of Universities of Catalonia approved by decree of the Government of the Government of Catalonia and published in the Official Journal of the Government of Catalonia. The receipt of the fee will be given to the student at the registration slip.

Important notes:

Students who obtain the recognition of full courses or individual subjects for other studies at Spanish non-state institutions or foreign institutions shall pay at the university, for academic records, the fees established each year by the Department of Education Decree regulating university fees.

Students who, once enrolled in one school, are allowed to enrol in another, must pay full tuition fees at the second school and apply for a corresponding refund of their first enrolment.

When a student enrols in the same subject more than once, the amount of this tuition will be increased by the percentage indicated in the current provisions of the University of Barcelona.
